Cole Henderson, CPA, serves as the Treasurer for the Charitable Society of Charleston. He specializes in tax and accounting services and serves as a trusted advisor within the Charleston community. Originally from Greer, SC, he moved to Charleston and joined Tideline CPA Group in 2020. He has grown to call Charleston home and is passionate about giving back to the community. Cole earned both his BA in Accounting and his MBA from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his two dogs, Gator and Riley. Cole is excited to bring his dedication and financial expertise to the Charitable Society of Charleston, in support of its mission to serve the Charleston community.
Jack Reeves serves as the Secretary for the Charitable Society of Charleston. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Jack made the move to South Carolina last August after completing both his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation & Data Analytics at the University of Mississippi. He currently works as a Tax Associate at Carr, Riggs & Ingram. Now that he has spent nearly a year settling into Charleston, Jack is eager to support the organization’s mission and dedicate his time to driving a meaningful impact across the community.
Originally from Nashville, TN, Olivia Keating graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2025 with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management. Upon graduation, Olivia moved to Charleston to begin her career with SouthState Bank as a Commercial Banking Associate. Though she is new to the city, Olivia is passionate about being involved in the growing Charleston community.
Originally from Michigan, Daniel Magno graduated from Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. In 2022, he relocated to Charleston to pursue his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), graduating in May 2026. He will continue his training at MUSC as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident, where he looks forward to serving patients and advancing his clinical expertise. Over the course of his time in Charleston, Daniel has developed a deep appreciation for the city’s people, culture, and strong sense of community. Having fallen in love with Charleston and all it has to offer; he is passionate about giving back through service and community involvement and is committed to making a positive impact on the community he is proud to call home.
Ashley Savage serves as the Co-Chair of Marketing and PR for the Charitable Society of Charleston and works in Real Estate and Development for Skin Pharm. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, she spent ten years in Nashville following her time at Belmont University before making Charleston home. Passionate about community, connection, and philanthropy, Ashley enjoys bringing people together in meaningful ways that support and strengthen the Charleston community.
Shannon Baker serves as the Co Chair of Marketing and PR for the Charitable Society of Charleston and works in Public Relations at Buffalo Groupe, a marketing agency based in Charleston. Originally from Bellville, Ohio, Shannon graduated from Charleston Southern University with a degree in Marketing. Following graduation, she moved to Hilton Head Island, where she spent several years working for the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce before marrying her college sweetheart and returning to Charleston, a city she is proud to call home. Passionate about community, connection, and philanthropy, Shannon enjoys building relationships, collaborating with others, and creating meaningful opportunities that strengthen the Charleston community.
Ashlyn Martin serves as the Membership Chair for the Charitable Society of Charleston and as Executive Department Assistant at Explore Charleston. Originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, she graduated from Clemson University in 2024 before making Charleston home. Through her work at Explore Charleston, Ashlyn has seen firsthand that the people and organizations behind it are what make Charleston so special. She is excited to build meaningful relationships, give back, and help support the community she now calls home.
Tim serves as the Co-Chair for Fundraising and Events for the Charitable Society of Charleston. Originally from Connecticut, Tim moved to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston, where he earned a degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Marketing. During his time there, he was one of the founding members of the Sigma Nu Iota Rho Chapter, helping build the organization from the ground up.
Professionally, Tim works as a commercial insurance broker, where he focuses on building relationships with business owners and helping local organizations protect their operations. Outside of work, Tim is passionate about golf, food, and travel. He is excited to support the Charitable Society of Charleston’s fundraising and event efforts as the organization continues to grow and positively impact the Charleston community.
Chloe Field is the Public Information Officer for Charleston County Government, where she leads strategic communications and media relations efforts as the official county spokesperson. Previously, Chloe served six years on the City of Charleston’s communications team and developed and executed public relations campaigns for nonprofits and local government clients while at a local PR firm.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chloe graduated from the College of Charleston with degrees in Communication and Political Science and has lived in Charleston since 2013.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Avery is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, Helen
Hill, at Explore Charleston. After graduating from the College of Charleston in 2023, she jumped right
into her career with Explore Charleston. She now lives on James Island with her fiancé, Will, and is
passionate about the Charleston area's vibrant hospitality community and dedicated to supporting its
continued growth and excellence.
A Summerville native and Citadel graduate, Ben dedicated over 35 years to his family’s local sporting goods business, T&T Sports of Charleston, before retiring. He and his wife, Tracy, made their home on James Island, where they proudly raised their three daughters. In 1993–1994, Ben served as the founding President of the CSC Board of Directors, helping to lay the foundation for the organization’s growth and success.
With over 25 years in the mortgage industry at South State Bank, Laurie has established a reputation as a top-producing mortgage originator known for exceptional customer service and a commitment to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. She and her husband, Ted (who met at a CSC event!), reside with their family on James Island.
Kelly relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, in 1989 just before Hurricane Hugo, beginning what would become a long-standing connection to the Lowcountry community. She built a successful career with Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, working there for 18 years before transitioning to the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) College of Pharmacy. She has now dedicated over 16 years to MUSC, contributing to its mission in higher education and healthcare.
Deeply committed to community service, Kelly joined the CSC Board in 1994 and has actively organized and managed numerous fundraising events over the years. Her dedication has helped support the organization’s outreach and impact in the community.
Kelly is married to Rob Teague, and together they have three daughters. She values family, community involvement, and professional excellence, and looks forward to working to relaunch CSC and connecting with new and alumni members.
